Breed: Dalmatian Rex
Description: The Dalmatian rex is a very popular breed on the European continent, especially in France. The basic coat color is white with colored spots or patches over the entire body. These spots should be evenly spread and can be black, blue, brown, orange, sooty fawn or any bi-colored combination of these colors.
The ears and eyes should match the body markings. Black ears and black eye circles are allowed in any color or color combination of the markings.
The general faults are the same as for all rex breeds. The only fault peculiar to the breed is the lack of colored spots or patches on the body. The body should have no evidence of a saddle, nor should there be any traces of a butterfly smut.
